An experienced cost consultant and project manager with in excess of 20 years' experience of providing quantity surveying and project management services to both the public and private sectors of the construction industry.
Shane has lead the delivery of cost management services across a wide range of projects in the past, such as the Centre for Research into Infectious Diseases (C.R.I.D. Building) in UCD, Lyrath Demesne (5 Star Hotel & Conference Centre), Irish Pride Bakery Facility etc.
In recent years Shane has managed the successful delivery of cost consultancy services on projects such as Walsh Whiskey Distillery, Conservation of Rothe House (National Monument), Lodge Park Stud (Thoroughbred Breeding Facility), Mechanical & Electrical Services Upgrade at St. Mary's Hospital, Phoenix Park etc.
