The single most important issue for all Clients is to ensure that they are achieving maximum functionality while minimising costs i.e. achieving value for their money. To realise this we, at an early stage, can facilitate value engineering exercises with our Clients and the Design Team to establish if the initial proposals are returning maximum use and value. Through lateral thinking many different approaches can be assessed.
