Risk Management

All construction projects bring risks of various types and consequences. These risks should always be identified well in advance, their consequences assessed and measures put in place for them to be minimised and / or placed with the persons best positioned to carry them. As part of the procurement process under the New Government Contract we encourage the Design Team to meet and prepare a Risk Register where the above can be clearly identified ensuring all parties will be aware of the issues raised.
