From our experience gained through procuring many different building types in both the public and private sector we are well positioned to advise on likely construction costs even as early as the concept stage of a project. This, coupled with a project budget that will include additional costs such as local authority contributions, professional fees, site acquisition etc., will give a strong indication of the total spend. Likely revenue generated from the project can then be identified and compared to the total spend. This will give a firm indication as to the viability of the project at the earliest possible stage.
