McCullagh Lupton Quinn is well positioned to deliver a competent and driven project management service. To deliver this service we draw on the vast experience of our Project Management Consultant, Mr. Michael Carbery B.E. M.I.E.I., who has had many years experience in successfully delivering complex projects to demanding requirements.

Further, with the successful completion of a Masters of Science in Construction Project Management in W.I.T. by one of our Directors, Mr. Brendan Lupton MRICS ASCS MSc Const. PM, and our other Directors having gained valuable first hand experience in the project management of large mixed use developments, MLQ can offer the right mix of a progressive and dynamic team that has the strong backing of many years hands-on experience.  

This area of competence not only allows us to provide a successful project management service but it also further strengthens our quantity surveying service by giving us the knowledge and understanding of how construction projects should be delivered and how costs are impacted on by their management.
