M.I.E.I. who is qualified to conduct BER Assessments on both domestic and commercial buildings, and Mr. Brendan Lupton MRICS ASCS MSc Const. PM who is qualified to conduct domestic BER Assessments we have a strong interest in the energy performance of buildings and are keen to offer this service for both new build projects and existing buildings.
