Description:
Alterations and refurbishment to existing 1805m² Secondary School including the provision of new roof structure and finishes, external glazing, internal doors, floor, wall and ceiling finishes. The projects also includes a 1917m² two storey extension including various class rooms, specialist rooms, staff room, sports hall, fitness area, changing rooms etc. It also includes associated basketball courts, general siteworks and drainage. This project will be progressed while the existing school is occupied during school term.
