Recruitment

McCullagh Lupton Quinn recognise that in order to achieve continued growth and improvement of our service, the recruitment of highly motivated and appropriately qualified staff is fundamental.

To nurture professionalism and a strong team dynamic we strive to provide a good working environment that encourages technical development with all the support necessary while also promoting good interpersonal and social skills.

This, coupled with experience gained through working on a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, recreational, industrial etc. across both the public and private sectors will give our staff a solid grounding in the core Q.S. competencies. There is also ample opportunity to diversify and develop an expertise in other areas such as project management, conciliation / arbitration, risk management etc.

We encourage the attainment of professional qualifications such as becoming a Chartered Associate of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. To help our members achieve their MSCSI MRICS qualification we provide a good learning environment with training support such as the provision of in-house lectures, access to off-site training days / CPD and advice from senior staff, all of whom are fully chartered and readily available.

Further education is also promoted as a means to further enhancing the careers of our staff members. This will encourage enthusiastic fresh thinking and will also create new opportunities for both the staff member and company alike through increasing our technical expertise and ability to innovate, thus giving added value to our quality service.

Professionals and graduates who are motivated, keen to further their careers and wish to be part of a professional team focused on high quality are invited to submit their CV accompanied with a cover letter to kilkenny@mlq.ie where they will be considered for any vacancies that arise.
