Quality Assurance

McCullagh Lupton Quinn’s main objective is to provide a quality service and through doing so, achieve value for money for our Clients. To this end we have developed strict procedures in the practice since its inception. These procedures are adapted to commence at the early feasibility stages and follow through to the final account stage and they form the basis for our in-house quality assurance system.

The lead Director is responsible for adherence to these procedures in respect of each project under his control. Every stage of the project is subsequently monitored by a Supporting Director who assesses the files to ensure compliance with the procedures. Corrective action is then taken as necessary. Quarterly ‘quality review’ meetings are arranged to monitor and review the quality procedures.

Through the benefit of our experience in many senior management roles we are well equipped with the experience and knowledge of the procedures necessary to deliver a quality service.
