Andrew worked on Retail and Commercial developments along the east coast of America. As both Project Manager and Estimator Andrew had responsibility for procuring and managing construction of retail / commercial developments for large blue chip clients such as Toys“R”Us, Staples, Home Depot etc.

Andrew joined Nolan Ryan in 2000 working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a variety of projects including Residential, Commercial, Educational and Recreational taking leading Q.S. roles on projects such as Kilkenny Agri-Business Centre among others. He achieved his professional experience during this period.

Andrew established McCullagh Lupton Quinn with his colleagues in December 2007 with a view to providing high quality professional quantity surveying services to both the public and private sectors. Andrew’s responsibilities include constant assessment / updating of company procedures to ensure the provision of optimum quality services, marketing of the company and the general hands-on day to day management of the company’s current projects to ensure the successful delivery of each and every project.
