Brendan joined Nolan Ryan in June 2001 where he gained valuable experience working as a project quantity surveyor on a wide variety of both public and private sector contracts. He achieved his professional qualification in the minimum time frame possible in November 2004.
Since then Brendan has taken leading Q.S. roles on various large public contracts including Wexford Opera House and Carlow Arts Centre. He also gained a variety of experience on numerous small to medium sized projects with particular emphasis on the Educational, Commercial and Cultural / Recreational Sectors.

Brendan established McCullagh Lupton Quinn with his colleagues in December 2007 with a view to providing high quality professional quantity surveying services to both the public and private sectors. Brendan’s responsibilities include constant assessment / updating of company procedures to ensure the provision of optimum quality services, marketing of the company and the general hands-on day to day management of the company’s current projects to ensure the successful delivery of each and every project.
